this CD-Rom you will find the conferences proceedings of
two joint seminars between the NMRI - National Maritime
Institute -(Japan) and Cedre - Centre of Documentation,
Research and Experimentations on accidental water pollution
-(France).
The seminar "From the Nakhodka to the Erika" was
held in Brest in July 2000 and the seminar "Getting
better prepared to face offshore oil and chemical spills"
in Brest in October 2001.
