Cedre ISO certification
In a bid to continually improve its partner and client satisfaction, Cedre introduced a quality management approach in 2002. Its first certification was obtained in September 2003. This management system was extended to environmental aspects in 2006.
Cedre's quality management system is thus certified in compliance with ISO 9001: 2008 (n° FR06/0828QU), for all its activities:
- advisory services
- assisting in the implementation of contingency plans
- producing and providing documentation
- designing and conducting training courses
- following up on pollution incidents
- assessing techniques, products and equipment.
Within this framework, it permanently works to meet the quality objectives set for each process, including performance indicators on its triennial finance convention as a State operator. It also conducts periodical satisfaction surveys involving its partners and clients

Cedre is also certified in compliance with ISO 14001:2004 environmental management standards (n° FR06/0253EN), for all its activities.
The objective established by the Management in this field is not only to follow the regulations in force, but also to anticipate the measures due to come into effect, to ensure that Cedre constitutes an environmental role model. The application of this policy involves:
- control and monitoring of our discharges
- heightened safety of our technical facilities
- energy saving measures
- environmental management of our grassy areas
- a proactive sorting process for waste paper and the printing of our annual report on recycled paper
- raising the awareness of ecological practices (car pooling).
