Financing our intervention
For the public sector, tier 1 response is financed by
State subsidies. Upon receipt of a written request for
intervention, we prefinance our tier 2 and 3 intervention
using our working capital. We then claim reimbursement
from the polluter, his insurer or the relevant compensation
fund. Intervention in the private sector is invoiced to
pre-established assistance conventions or specific contracts.
